Thanks to lisa and all who made the amazing retreat at Florence House. A breath of fresh sea air and sunshine that is a must for all Mother’s at the end of the Summers long holidays! The timing was perfect and completely recommended to anyone in need of refreshment and nourishment of the body and mind.
The retreat at Florence House was a welcome tonic to a busy life.
A really lovely group and fantastic yoga.
It’s really peaceful and welcoming and as well as comfy beds, the food was wonderful.
We did some yoga outside which was a treat, and in between the yoga sessions, swam in the sea and chilled out in the gardens.
I came away as relaxed as if i had had a two week holiday, not just a weekend away, thanks Lisa!
The weekend yoga retreat at Florence House on the south coast was a fantastic way to finish the summer. I gave me a fresh way to approach the new school year and family life as well as providing an incredibly invigorating and relaxing break.
