Thanks Joe for your comment. Everything that I write on my site is from experience from teaching. A lot of the articles are composed from dialogue in classes with students and their feed back. It’s like being on a journey with inspiring friends and spiritual guidance from many great teachers.
It is a progression. Am glad that you want to return, Maybe you should try the pod casts of the classes

Every time I visit this website I loose my assurance that everything written here is real. But even if it’s not true, I keep on visiting it because it’s interesting. There are many posts which you can’t find anywhere else.

It would be very interesting to go to a yoga class especially for men. I have been doing yoga for 7 years and I totally agree that our boddies are different and I think the ideal for how you should is also very different. Interesting read !! thanks

I’m a bloke and I love yoga. I kind of like that there are loads of women in the class. It inspires me to see how much further they can go. It’s also nice to be around the female or “yin” energy of women which balances the male or testosterone fuelled energy that I’m normally around. Can get a bit competitive being around men all the time.
